About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On regulation of goods exchange (barter) transactions in industry of foreign economic activity"

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "On regulation of goods exchange (barter) transactions in industry of foreign economic activity" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1999, No. 5-6, of Art. 44; 2000, No. 48, Art. 416; 2003, No. 30, Art. 247, No. 37, Art. 300; 2009, No. 30, Art. 415) such changes:

1. In Article 2:

Part one to state 1) in such edition:

"1. Goods which are imported according to the barter agreement are subject to import to customs area of Ukraine in the terms specified in such agreement, but not later than 180 calendar days from the date of customs clearance (date of execution of the customs declaration for export) goods which are actually exported according to the barter agreement, and in case of export according to the barter agreement of works and services - from signature date of the act or other document certifying performance of works, provision of services.

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the day following behind day of its publication.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in a month from the date of the introduction in operation of this Law:

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

provide review and cancellation by the ministries and other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts which contradict this Law.
