About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning features of carrying out economic activity on ensuring functioning of diplomatic representations and consular establishments of foreign states, representative offices of international intergovernmental organizations in Ukraine

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. Part one of article 287 of the Economic code of Ukraine (2003, Art. N№18-22, 144) to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with item 4 of such content:

"4) the state company for ensuring functioning of diplomatic representations and consular establishments of foreign states, representative offices of international intergovernmental organizations in Ukraine of Public administration by cases - rather real estate and other separate individually certain property of this company".

2. Item 24 parts two of Article 29 of the Budget code of Ukraine (2010, Art. No. 50-51, 572) after the word "except" to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with words of "the rent received from transfer to real estate lease and other separate individually certain property transferred to diplomatic representations and consular establishments of foreign states, representative offices of international intergovernmental organizations in Ukraine, the state company for ensuring functioning of diplomatic representations and consular establishments of foreign states, representative offices of international intergovernmental organizations in Ukraine of Public administration by cases".

3. In the Law of Ukraine "About lease of the state-owned and utility property" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1995, No. 15, Art. 99 with subsequent changes):
