About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About mortgage bonds" concerning release and the circulation of mortgage bonds

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About mortgage bonds" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2006, No. 16, Art. 134; 2011, No. 43, Art. 448) such changes:

Part the second Article 9 to add 1) with the paragraph the second such content:

"The servicing organization cannot be the connected face of the manager and/or auditor (auditing firm)";

Paragraph two of part two of Article 15 to state 2) in such edition:

"The manager, the issuer and the auditor (auditing firm) cannot be the connected persons";

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine within three months from the date of the introduction in operation of this Law:

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

provide review and cancellation of their regulatory legal acts by the central executive bodies which contradict this Law.
