About modification of the Procedure for carrying out by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for checks of activities of territorial authorities of justice

1. Bring in the Procedure for carrying out by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for checks of activities of territorial authorities of justice approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of August 08, 2011 No. 1955/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 11, 2011 for No. 964/19702, such changes:
1.1. In paragraph four of Item 7 and the paragraph the second Item 8 of the word "Management of financial accounting and reporting" shall be replaced with words "Department according to plan - financial activities, financial accounting and the reporting".
1.2. Add Item 9 with new paragraphs of such content:
"In structure of the working group (complex, target, control check) specialists of structural divisions of the office of the Ministry of Justice, employees of the Public executive service of Ukraine, the Public registration service of Ukraine, and also employees of territorial authorities of justice (in case of attraction) are not attracted if such attraction leads to emergence of conflict of interest at these officials.
In case of conflict of interest the workgroup member instantly in writing reports to the head of working group (complex, target, control check), and in case of its absence - to the deputy manager of working group about availability of conflict of interest.
In case of impossibility of discharge of workgroup member (complex, target, control check) from conducting check or in a different way to eliminate conflict of interest such workgroup member performs check under direct supervision of the head or deputy manager of working group (complex, target, control check).".
