According to part five of article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "About state registration of acts of civil status" and for the purpose of ensuring realization of the rights of citizens I ORDER:
1. Bring in Rules of modification of the assembly records of civil status, their updating and cancellation approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of January 12, 2011 No. 96/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 14, 2012 for No. 55/18793 (with changes), such change:
to exclude Item 1.14 of the Section I.
With respect thereto to consider Items 1.15-1.17 Items 1.14-1.16 respectively.
2. To department of interaction with authorities (Zerkal O. V.) to submit this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 03, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".
3. To the chairman of the Public registration service (Efimenko L. V.) bring this order to permission of chiefs of head departments of justice of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, in areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol.
4. To chiefs of head departments of justice of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, in areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol to bring this order to permission of heads of departments of state registration of acts of civil status district, district in the cities, city (the cities of regional value), gorrayonny justice departments and to provide its proper application in work.
5. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
6. To impose control over the implementation of this order on Department of interaction with authorities (Zerkal O. V.).
