In preamble of the order of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Ukraine of December 14, 2009 No. 838 "About approval of the Procedure for conducting office investigation concerning violation by faces of the private and the commanding structure of bodies and divisions of civil protection of office discipline", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 03, 2010 for No. 203/17498 (further - the Order), words and figures "Regulations on the Ministry of Ukraine concerning emergency situations and for protection of the population against effects of the Chernobyl catastrophic crash approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 2, 2006 No. 1539" shall be replaced with words also in figures of "The regulations on the Ministry of emergency situations of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 06, 2011 No. 402".
2. ІІ the Procedure for conducting office investigation concerning violation by faces of the private and the commanding structure of bodies and divisions of civil protection of office discipline approved by the Order after Item 2.4 to add the Section with new Item of such content:
