About approval of samples and descriptions of forms of the main identity documents of the citizen of the Russian Federation outside the Russian Federation

1. Approve:

samples of forms of the passport of the citizen of the Russian Federation, the diplomatic passport, service passport which are the main identity documents of the citizen of the Russian Federation outside the Russian Federation (further hereinafter are referred to as - passports of citizens of the Russian Federation), according to the appendices N1 - 4;

2. Determine that the expenses connected with production of forms of passports of citizens of the Russian Federation in 1997 are performed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation and State committee for fisheries of the Russian Federation at the expense of the means provided in the federal budget on their current content.

3. To the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation:

provide since 1997 production at the relevant jurisdictional enterprises of forms of passports of citizens of the Russian Federation according to requests of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation and State committee for fisheries of the Russian Federation;

provide since 1998 in the federal budget necessary means for production of forms of passports of citizens of the Russian Federation according to requests of the specified federal executive bodies.
