1. Approve the enclosed Instruction about use of technical means of fixing of the course and results of investigative actions.
2. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy attorney general of the Republic of Kazakhstan supervising supervision of legality of the investigation and inquiry.
3. To send this order to department on supervision of legality of the investigation and inquiry of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the interested state bodies.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
