8.0.1. the acts adopted in the procedure established by the law by the executive authority and municipal authorities concerning alienation, lease, use, mortgage of the real estate belonging according to the state or municipalities;

8.0.2. the final protocol concerning results of the open auction held by the specialized organizations in the procedure established by the law;

8.0.3. the agreements on real estate certified in notarial procedure, certificates on inheritance right, the property right to share in common property of spouses, acquisition of apartment houses, apartments on open auction, the housing certificate;

8.0.4. the court decrees which took legal effect;

8.0.5. the acts, certificates and registration certificates confirming the rights to real estate, including the parcels of land, buildings and constructions, the living and non-residential spaces, individual housing and country houses, subsoil plots, reservoirs, the woods and long-term plantings, the companies as property complex provided by relevant organs of the executive authority before entry into force of this Law;
