3. And customs to provide to chiefs of Departments of customs control on areas, the cities of Astana, Almaty timely informing Committee on the facts of identification of offenses concerning Authorized Economic Operators and categories of participants of foreign economic activity of the large producers determined in the Technique.

5. This order becomes effective from the moment of signing.
