1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of confirmation of accessory of offers concerning financing of investment projects which are supported by Nordic Investment Bank or the European Investment Bank (further - banks), to coverage of the Framework agreement between Ukraine and Nordic Investment Bank of December 23, 2005 or the Framework
agreements between Ukraine and the European Investment Bank of June 14, 2005, attraction of borrowing facilities on which does not provide emergence of debt obligations of the state (further - confirmation).
2. In this Procedure terms are used in such value:
1) the beneficiary - physical person or legal entity which receives financing for implementation of the investment project;
2) the investment project - the project which is financed by bank directly or through the intermediary and is implemented in the territory of Ukraine or its financing is performed by bank in the territory of Ukraine.
3. Confirmation is performed by posylaniye to banks of the letter on behalf of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
