According to the eighth paragraph of article 119 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic in view of the offer of the Ministry of Defence of the Azerbaijan Republic approved with the Ministry of Finance of the Azerbaijan Republic, the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Azerbaijan Republic, the Ministry of Justice of the Azerbaijan Republic and Public service of the Azerbaijan Republic on mobilization and conscription, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:

1. To the officers delivered on room accounting in bodies of the local executive authorities, ensigns and warrant officers who served 5 calendar years and transferred to the reserve or retired during staff redundancies, on age, due to illness, on marital status, served on the active military service of 15 calendar years and more, before acquisition of the apartment or the parcel of land by them under construction of the private apartment house will pay monthly compensation for tenancy for temporary residence only via bank transfer:

1.1. in the city of Baku - 47, the 30th manat,

1.2. in other cities and regional centers - 33 manats,

1.3. in other settlements - 28 manats.

2. Determine that 50% of the corresponding compensation for each family member living together with them will be in addition paid to persons specified regarding 1 this resolution.
