1.1. This Standard provision is prepared in connection with execution of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of June 1, 2012 No. 638 "About modification of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of September 5, 2009 No. 156 "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About education" and its relevant provisions are considered as the basis in case of development of regulations on faculty meeting of preschool educational institution and orphanage.
1.2. The faculty meeting is the permanent supreme body of management of public pre-school educational institution operating for the purpose of consideration of questions of education of children and carrying out methodical work with tutors of child care facilities for ensuring transparency of data management by organizations.
