1. Approve rates for transportation by railway transport of loads by en route through the territory of Ukraine, having established:

1.1. The tariff charge in the amount of 610 US dollars (400 US dollars - cargo flight, 210 US dollars - empty) for transportation of own universal 40-foot container on own (leased) platform in the direction Uzhhorod - Grain on the station Perspective (Kaluga) of the Moscow Railway and in the opposite direction till December 31, 2012.

1.2. Coefficient in the amount of 0,44 to base rates of Tariff policy on transportation of raw sugar in own (leased) cars in the direction Ilyichevsk - transitions of the Russian Railway till December 31, 2012 on condition of accomplishment until the end of the current year of the guaranteed amount of transportations in the amount of at least 300 thousand tons.
