The State Parties of this agreement (further))))))))))))))))))))))) and the Central Asian regional information coordination center on fight against drug trafficking, psychotropic substances and their precursors (further - the Center),

being guided by provisions of the Agreement between the Azerbaijan Republic, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic., the Russian Federation, the Republic of Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and the Republic of Uzbekistan about creation of the Central Asian regional information coordination center on fight against drug trafficking, psychotropic substances and their precursors signed on July 24, 2006 and Astana (further - the Agreement on creation of TsARIKTs),

for the purpose of increase in efficiency of interaction of competent authorities of the State Parties in counteraction to drug trafficking, psychotropic substances and their precursors,

aiming to provide protection of the classified information in the course of cooperation,

proceeding from need of implementation within activities of the Center of centralized collection, processing, storage, protection, the analysis and exchange of the classified information,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

For the purposes of this agreement in addition to the concepts determined by the Agreement on creation of TsARIKTs following concepts of the following value are used:

- the classified information - the data expressed in any form, protected according to the legislation of the State Parties and regulations of the Center, the transferred (received) according to the procedure implementation of this agreement and also formed in the course of state cooperation - participants and the Center, unauthorized distribution and (or) loss of which can cause damage to safety or interests of the State Party and (or) the Center;
