1. Approve the enclosed Regulations of information exchange with obligatory reflection of operating automatic control of synchronism of data.

2. To the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Tax Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) to determine responsible persons for forming and reception-transmission of information in ten-day time from the date of signing of this joint order;

In writing to inform 2) on changes in the list of the responsible persons specified in the subitem 1) of Item 2 presents of the joint order within five working days from the date of introduction of corresponding changes.

3. To impose control of execution of this joint order on the Director of the department of strategic development of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan Tokezhanov B. S. and Chairman of the Tax Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan Dzhumadildayev A. S.
