About modification and amendments in the Agreement on determination of customs value of the goods moved through customs border of custom union of January 25, 2008

The government of the Republic of Belarus, the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Russian Federation which are hereinafter referred to as with the Parties based on the Agreement on creation of single customs area and forming of the Customs union of October 6, 2007 and the Agreement on determination of customs value of the goods moved through customs border of the Customs union of January 25, 2008,

being guided by the commonly accepted regulations and rules in international trade,

in view of the conventional principles and rules of international law,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

Bring in the Agreement on determination of customs value of the goods moved through customs border of the Customs union of January 25, 2008 (further - the Agreement) the following changes and amendments:

1. In all text of the Agreement:

a) the words "person declaring goods" shall be replaced with words "the customs applicant (the customs representative)";

b) the words "state of the Party" and "state of the relevant Party" shall be replaced with words "state member of the Customs union";

c) the words "business and management expenses" and "total expenses" shall be replaced with words "total expenses (business and management expenses)";

d) shall be replaced with words the words "single customs area of the Customs union" "the customs area of the Customs union", except for the subitem "b" of Item 2 of Article of 1 this Protocol, in the corresponding numbers and cases.
