About introduction of amendments to the Order of State Customs Service of Ukraine of 15.02.2011 No. 107

1. Add the Section "Calculation Methods Which Are Used in case of Release of Goods in Free Circulation under Warranty Obligations according to Article 264 of the Customs Code of Ukraine" of the Qualifier of methods of the calculation approved by the order of State Customs Service of Ukraine of 15.02.2011 No. 107, in the line by the 55 code of such content:

2. To heads of customs to bring this order to permission of subjects of foreign economic activity.
3. To department of customs information technologies and statistics (Yurchenko K. G.) finish the corresponding software to the introduction in operation of this order.
4. Determine that this order becomes effective in 10 days from the date of the edition.
