About introduction of amendments to the Order MZ of Ukraine of April 26, 2011 No. 237

According to article 17 of the Law of Ukraine "About medicines" regarding settlement of the procedure of import to the territory of Ukraine of the unregistered medicines for medical support (without sales right) divisions of armed forces of other states which according to the law are allowed on the territory of Ukraine and Article 197 of the Customs code of Ukraine I ORDER:

1. Bring in the Procedure for import to the territory of Ukraine of the unregistered medicines, standard samples, reagents approved by the order MZ of Ukraine of April 26, 2011 No. 237, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 11, 2011 for No. 965/19703, such changes:

1.1. Item 1.1 of the Section I, after the paragraph of the sixth to add with the paragraph of such content:

"finished pharmaceutical products for medical support (without sales right) divisions of armed forces of other states which according to the law are allowed on the territory of Ukraine;".

With respect thereto paragraphs of the seventh - to consider the ninth respectively paragraphs the eighth - the tenth.

1.2. In the paragraph the second undressed ІІ words", standard samples, reagents" shall be replaced with words "for individual use by citizens".

1.3. In the Section ІІІ:

1.3.1. To add Item 3.1 after the paragraph of the fifth with the paragraph of such content:

"medical support of divisions of armed forces of other states which according to the law are allowed on the territory of Ukraine;".

With respect thereto to consider paragraphs of the sixth, seventh respectively paragraphs the seventh, eighth.
