The subitem "v" of Item 8 of Rules of physical protection of nuclear materials, nuclear installations and Items of storage of the nuclear materials approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 19, 2007 N 456 (The Russian Federation Code, 2007, N 31, Art. 4081; 2010, N 38, Art. 4825; 2011, N 21, the Art. 2961) to state in the following edition:
"c) exercises the state supervision of physical protection on the nuclear objects subordinated to the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation, and nuclear objects executing orders for the benefit of ensuring defense of the Russian Federation (at the federal state unitary enterprises, subordinated State Atomic Energy Corporation "Rosatom", to the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, and in the organizations of non-state pattern of ownership);".
