About approval of the Regulations on procedure for use of the term "national" in the name of legal entities of the Kyrgyz Republic
In pursuance of the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About procedure for assignment of the status "national" to public institutions and the organizations of the Kyrgyz Republic" of April 10, 2002, the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for use of the term "national" in the name of legal entities of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2. To the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic in case of registration (re-registration) of legal entities to be guided by this Provision.
3. To legal entities of the Kyrgyz Republic to bring the names including the term "national" into compliance with this Provision till January 1, 2003.
4. Publish this resolution in mass media.
