For the purpose of improvement of financial position and increase in level of social security of the population, according to Article 103 of the Labor code of the Republic of Tajikistan and article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About provision of pensions of citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan" I decide:

1. Since September I, 2012:

- increase in time 2,5 minimum wage in all industries of national economy and establish it in the amount of 200 somoni a month;

- increase official pay rates of employees of preschool institutions, organizations of the general education, houses of nursing homes for aged and disabled people and children of disabled people in the amount of 60 percent and other organizations of industries of social protection, education (except for organizations and the organizations in which salary is equated to the salary of government employees) in the amount of 40 percent;

- increase official pay rates of employees of the organizations and organizations of industry of culture (except for organizations and the organizations in which salary is equated to the salary of government employees) in the amount of 50 percent;

- increase the salary of the workers of industry of health care financed from the Government budget by 40 percent and establish the size of the basic salary for calculation of official pay rate of workers of industries of health care in the amount of 157 somoni;

- increase official pay rates of employees of the organizations and organizations of branch of science and institutions of higher professional education (except for organizations and the organizations in which salary is equated to the salary of government employees) in the amount of 30 percent;

- increase minimum pension on age by 30 percent and establish it in the amount of 104 somoni a month;
