About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About system of execution of criminal penalty"

1. The fourth Article 38 to exclude part.

2. In Article 43:

"When causing to it the lump-sum allowance in size - 40 salaries of monetary pay from means of the relevant division of system of execution of criminal penalty with the subsequent collection of this amount from perpetrators is paid to the employee of system of execution of criminal penalty of the bodily harms excluding possibility of occupation professional activity. In case of early dismissal of the employee of system of execution of criminal penalty from service owing to the disease got during service the lump-sum allowance in the amount of 12 salaries of monetary pay established on the date of allowance payment is paid to it".
