About modification of the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of April 7, 1999 No. 142
According to article 42 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About regulatory legal acts" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:
1. In the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of April 7, 1999, No. 142 "About compulsory national insurance of government employees" to make the following changes:
- in Item 2 "five-year-old" to replace the word with the word "eight-months";
- state Item 5 in the following edition:
"5. The insurance sum is paid in the following cases and the sizes:
a) in case of death of the government employee in connection with execution of job responsibilities by him - in the amount of the eight-months salary;
b) in case of receipt of the disability connected with execution of job responsibilities:
- to the disabled person of the I group - in the amount of the six-months salary;
- to the disabled person of the II group - in the amount of the five-months salary;
- to the disabled person of III group - in the amount of the four-months salary".
2. To the state unitary enterprise "Tokhiksugurta" to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.
