1. Approve the enclosed Standards of internal accounting of transactions with securities in the broker and dealer companies.

2. Send this resolution to the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic for state registration in accordance with the established procedure.

3. Recognize invalid from the moment of state registration of this resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic:

Standards of internal accounting of transactions with securities in the broker and dealer companies

1.1. General provisions

These Standards are developed according to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the security market", the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about the administrative responsibility, the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of March 19, 2001 No. 108 "About State commission under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic on the security market".

These Standards establish the single principles of the organization and conducting internal accounting of transactions with securities for the legal entities performing broker and dealer activities, created according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, having the license of authorized state body on the security market on implementation of professional activity on securities. These Standards determine the main requirements to internal accounting of the operations with securities performed by brokers and dealers in the course of implementation of the activities procedure for the organization and conducting this accounting, the basic principles of the reporting before clients designed to provide protection of interests of clients of brokers and dealers and also establish responsibility to authorized state body on the security market.
