For the purpose of execution of provisions of Art. 13 (2) the Law No. 847-XIII of May 24, 1996 on budget system and budget process (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, special release), with subsequent changes, and regulations of the Order of the Government on the organization of activities for financial inspection No. 1026 of 2.11.2010, with subsequent changes, I ORDER:

1. Of November 1, 2011 about approval of the Code of behavior for employees of inspection functions (control) of Service of financial control and audit to make the following changes to the Order of the Ministry of Finance No. 132:

- in the name of the word "Service of Financial Control and Audit" shall be replaced with words "Financial inspection";

- in the text of the word "Service of Financial Control and Audit" shall be replaced with words "Financial inspection" and respectively to replace the word "Service" with the word "Inspection".

2. Of 3.01.2012 about procedure for transfer of payment and payment confirmation in the national budget through treasury of the Ministry of Finance to make the following changes to the Order of the Ministry of Finance No. 1:

- in appendices 1 and 2, 123 and code of the Section of classification of the income 04, the words "Service of Financial Control and Audit in case of" shall be replaced with words code of the Section of classification of the budget "Financial inspection in subordination".

3. This order becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
