On accomplishment of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 03, 2005 "About approval of the Regulations on the Register of information, telecommunication and informatsionnotelekommunikatsionny systems of executive bodies, and also the companies, organizations and the organizations which belong to the sphere of their management" I ORDER to No. 688:
1. In the text of the Procedure for forming and use of information fund of the Register of information, telecommunication and information and telecommunication systems of executive bodies, and also companies, organizations and organizations which belong to the sphere of their management approved by the order of Administration of state special communication of April 24, 2007 No. 72, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 14, 2007 for No. 500/13767, and appendices of the word "Department concerning Information Security in Information and Telecommunication Systems" to it in all cases shall be replaced with words "specially authorized structural division of Administration of state special communication" in the corresponding cases.
2. To provide to department of special information and telecommunication systems of Administration of state special communication submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the vice-chairman of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine according to distribution of functional obligations.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
