About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine

Item 5 of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 12.12.2002 No. 502 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for the organization and implementation of currency exchange transactions in the territory of Ukraine and changes to some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 14.01.2003 for No. 21/7342 (with changes) to state in such edition:

"5. Authorized banks, authorized financial institutions independently order forms of the strict reporting of references-certificate in form No. 377 according to requirements of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 14.05.2012 No. 456 "Some questions of use of forms of securities, documents of the strict reporting which economic activity on production is subject to licensing".".
