About modification and amendments in some presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus

1.2. in Item 11 of the Consular charter of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 19, 1996 No. 82 (The collection of the existing regulations of the President of the Republic of Belarus, 1998; National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 27, 1/10431):
1.2.1. to state paragraph two of subitem 11.1 in the following edition:
"considers the questions connected with issue, exchange and single prolongation of effective period of the passport of the citizen of the Republic of Belarus (further - the passport), brings the corresponding marks in passports;";
1.2.2. state subitem 11.2 in the following edition:
"11.2. The consul is competent according to the legislation of the Republic of Belarus to issue entry visas to the Republic of Belarus, and also to make changes to the issued visas.";
