RATES FOR THE ELECTRICAL ENERGY
1.1. According to the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic "About power" and "About power industry" rates for electrical energy are established by authorized state body of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of power (further - authorized body).
Rates for electrical energy are established by resolutions of Executive council of authorized body and extend to the electrical energy developed by power plants in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic.
