About modification and amendments in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 31, 2010 No. 1929

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 31, 2010 No. 1929 "About measures for implementation of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About modification and amendments in some laws of the Republic of Belarus and recognition voided some legal acts of the Republic of Belarus and their separate provisions concerning privatization of state-owned property" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 6, 5/33107) the following changes and amendments:

1.1. in Regulations on the procedure for holding auctions for sale of subjects to privatization approved by this resolution:

1.1.1. in parts one and the second Item 11 of figure "30" to replace with figures "45";

1.1.2. third of Item 13 to exclude part;

1.1.3. add Item 16 with part three of the following content:

"The participant of auction in the cases established by the legislation not later than 3 working days before date of auction in addition submits to the organizer of auction the document confirming the consent of antimonopoly authority to transaction.";

1.1.4. state Item 18 in the following edition:

"18. The participant of auction has the right to refuse participation in auction. Refusal of participation in auction are recognized:

written notice of the organizer of auction of refusal of participation in auction;

failure to pay by the participant of auction of the deposit which is subject to introduction for participation in auction in the time established in the deposit agreement;

non-presentation in the cases established by the legislation, the document confirming the consent of antimonopoly authority to transaction;

absence of the participant of auction (his representative) for passing of final registration of participants of auction and (or) refusal of receipt of auction number.
