1. Reorganize the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican scientific and methodical center of development of technical and professional education and assignment of qualification" of the Ministry education and sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan by transformation to "Republican Nauchnometodichesky Center of Development of Technical and Professional Education and Assignment of Qualification" joint-stock company (further - Society) with absolute participation of the state in its authorized capital.

2. Determine the main object of activity of Society implementation of activities in the field of technical and professional education, including the organization and evaluating level of professional readiness and assignment of qualification for professions (specialties) of professional education with issue of certificates of conformity of the established sample.

3. To provide to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) approval of the charter of Society;

2) state registration of Society in judicial authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) assignment of rights of ownership and use of the state block of shares of Society to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) acceptance of other measures following from this resolution.

4. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
