DECIDES:

1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for imposing of administrative penalties for offenses in the field of the national social insurance.

2. To legal department of Social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic to register this Provision in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic in terms and the procedure established by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. To general department after passing of registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic to send the above-stated Provision to all structural and territorial subdivisions of Social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic for management and execution.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the vice-chairman Kasymaliyev A. A.
