About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "Regulations of National Assembly"

Article 1. In the Item "d" of part 1 of article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "Regulations of National Assembly" of February 20, 2002, ZR-308 (further - the Law) the word of "commissions" shall be replaced with words "the temporary commissions, and also".

Article 2. In article 6 of the Law:

1) in part 1 to exclude the words "according to the procedure, established by the law";

The Item "g" of part 1 to state 4) in the following edition:

"d) make the statement for conflict of interest in case, stipulated in Item 3 articles 6.2 of this Law.";

Shall be replaced with words 5) regarding 1.1 words "or its permanent commission"

Article 3. To add the law after Article 6 with Articles 6.1 and 6.2 of the following content:
