About entering of amendments into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "Regulations of National Assembly"

Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on March 21, 2012

Article 1. Article 42 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "Regulations of National Assembly" of February 20, 2002, ZR-308:

To add 1) with part 1.1 following of content:

"1.1. If the quorum is not provided within 3 hours after announcement of the presidential decree of the Republic, then the meeting begins irrespective of quorum availability.";

To add 2) with part 3 following of content:

"3. The actions aimed at providing legal regime of emergency state are considered according to the procedure, the stipulated in Clause 55 these Laws, with the following exceptions:

1) the main report is made by the President of the Republic or his representative;

2) supporting reports do not take place;

3) discussion comes to the end with final speech of the President of the Republic or his representative - without adoption of any document.".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
