About introduction of amendments to the Law on the status of the local elected person No. 768-XIV of February 2, 2000

In the Law on the status of the local elected person No. 768-XIV of February 2, 2000 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2000, No. 34, of the Art. 231), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. In part (6) Article 5 and part (2) Articles of the 6th figure and the word "No. 123-XV of March 18, 2003" to replace with figures and words "No. 436-XVI of December 28, 2006".

2. Part (Article 7 to state 1) in the following edition:

"(1) the Mandate of the local elected person is incompatible:

a) with the status of person who is taking up responsible state position;

b) with obligations of the government employee of territorial bureau of the State office;

c) with obligations of the government employee or employee of structural divisions of bodies of local public authority, including People's Assembly and Executive committee of Gagauzia (the office of the chairman of the area, primeriya, primeriya and pretura of municipium of Chisinau, management, departments and other structural divisions);

d) with obligations of the head or deputy manager of the structures subordinated to local authorities of the public power (public organizations, services, the municipal companies);

e) in other cases, stipulated by the legislation, including article 84 of the Law on local public authority No. 436-XVI of December 28, 2006.".
