About modification and amendments in the Code of the Republic of Moldova about offenses No. 218-XVI of October 24, 2008

"(3) Burning of vegetable waste of any origin in the open field attracts imposing of penalty on physical persons in the amount of 100 to 150 conventional units and on legal entities in the amount of 400 to 500 conventional units."
2. Part (1) articles 400 after figures "98-107," to add with words and figures "part (3) Articles 115, Articles".
3. Part (1) articles 406 after figures "80-83," to add with words and figures "parts (1), (2) and (4) Articles 115, Articles".
