About modification and amendments in appendix No. 1 to the Order of the Government No. 10 of January 5, 2012.

The government DECIDES:

In appendix No. 1 to the Order of the Government No. 10 of January 5, 2012. "About approval of the Regulations on sending out on business of workers of subjects of the Republic of Moldova" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, No. 7-12, of the Art. 30) to make the following changes and additions:

1) in the Provision:

a) add Item 1 with concept of the following content:

b) in Item 9:

"For the recalled worker the place of employment (position) and the average salary for business trip time including during the hours underway, according to provisions of Article 175 of the Labor code of the Republic of Moldova remains.

To the workers leaving the republics on training, for study, on specialization and in experience exchange on own initiative by the personal invitation or for participation in the tenders organized by different funds and subjects of other countries workplaces can remain, and also be refunded traveling expenses according to the decision of heads of subjects for whom they work, according to provisions of Articles 213 and 214 of the Labor code of the Republic of Moldova";

e) in Item 25:

in paragraph one of the word "in official journey" shall be replaced with words "with the office order";
