About modification and amendments in some legal acts
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In the Law on foodstuff No. 78-XV of March 18, 2004 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, No. 83-87, of the Art. 431) to make the following additions:
1. Add Article 2 with the following concept: "the foodstuff which is not recommended for preschool children and pupils - foodstuff with the increased content of the nutrients increasing nutrition value (fats, salt, sugar, sweeteners, nutritional supplements).".
2. Add Article 15 with part (6) the following content:
"(6) production, realization and distribution of the foodstuff (including soft and energizing drinks) which are not recommended for preschool children and pupils in organizations of preschool and douniversitetsky education irrespective of type of property and form of business and at the distance less than 100 meters from them measured from entrance to outlet to the closest corner of educational institution Are prohibited.".
Art. II. - In the Code of the Republic of Moldova about offenses No. 218-XVI of October 24, 2008 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, No. 3-6, of the Art. 15), with subsequent changes, to make the following change and addition:
1. Add the code with Article of 801 following contents:
"Article 801. Production, realization or distribution of the foodstuff prohibited for preschool children and pupils in organizations of preschool and douniversitetsky education or near them

attract imposing of penalty on physical persons in the amount of 10 to 20 conventional units and on legal entities in the amount of 100 to 150 conventional units with deprivation or without deprivation in both cases of the right to perform certain activities for a period of 3 months till 1 year.".
