Article 1

It is regular to perform exchange of information about the actions planned to carrying out by the Council of Ministers of Defense the State Parties of the Agreement on collective security of May 15, 1992 (SMO DKB) and the Council of Ministers of Defense of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States (SMO of the CIS), and also their working bodies.

Article 2

It is permanent to invite agents of the parties for participation in meetings, meetings of working and expert groups, scientific and practical conferences and other events held by working bodies of SMO DKB and SMO of the CIS for the questions which are of mutual interest.
