Criteria, in case of compliance to which medical professional non-profit organizations implementation of separate functions in the field of protection of public health in the Russian Federation can be transferred

Personal membership of doctors of one specialty in the medical professional non-profit organization combining more than 50 percent of total number of doctors of the corresponding specialty in the territory of the Russian Federation (data of the personified accounting concerning persons who participate in rendering medical services), and membership of the specified medical professional non-profit organization in other organization corresponding to criteria, stipulated in Item 2 this documents.

2. Consolidation as a part of other organization, the stipulated in Item 1 this document, at the same time:

a) more than 50 percent of the medical professional non-profit organizations provided by part 3 of article 76 of the Federal law "About Bases of Protection of Public Health in the Russian Federation";
