Determine that appointment and payment of the one-time monetary assistance in case of death (death), wound (contusion, injury or mutilation) or disability of the military personnel of the State Border Service and disability of persons discharged from military service is performed according to the Procedure and conditions of appointment and payment of the one-time monetary assistance in case of death (death), wound (contusion, injury or mutilation) or disability of the military personnel, persons liable for call-up and reservists called on educational (or checking) both special charges, and disability (charges) of persons discharged from military service, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 28, 2008 No. 499 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2008, No. 39, the Art. 1298).
2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 14, 2009 No. 10 "About approval of the Procedure and conditions of appointment and payment of the one-time monetary assistance in case of death (death), wound (contusion, injury or mutilation) or disability of the military personnel of the State Border Service and disability of persons discharged from military service" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2009, No. 3, the Art. 83).
