Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 18, 1994 No. 323 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for deliveries and customs clearance of products in production cooperation of the companies and industries of the State Parties of the CIS" - with the changes made by resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 8, 1995 No. 989, of November 3, 1997 No. 1214 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1997, number 45, of page 44), of February 8, 1999 No. 164 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1999, No. 6, of the Art. 197), of October 26, 2001 No. 1427 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2001, No. 44, the Art. 1975), of December 13, 2001 No. 1648 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2001, No. 51, the Art. 2270) and of May 18, 2005 No. 365 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2005, No. 20, the Art. 1078), changes which are applied.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.

Changes which are made to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 18, 1994 No. 323

1. In the resolution:

1) in the paragraph the second Item 2 of the word "Ministry of Industrial Policy" shall be replaced with words "Ministry of Economic Development and Trade";

To "Ministry of Economics" shall be replaced with words 2) in Item 3 of the word to "Ministry of Economic Development and Trade", and to exclude the words "and to the Ministry of industrial policy concerning deliveries of goods in production cooperation with the Russian Federation".
