About approval of standard form and the instruction for filling of the Declaration of physical persons on the available money

For the purpose of accomplishment of provisions of part (2) article 226-7 of the Tax Code No. 1163-XIII of April 24, 1997 (reissued in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, special release of February 8 2007), with the subsequent amendments and amendments, I ORDER:

1. Approve standard form of the Declaration of physical persons of the available money as of January 1, 2012 according to appendix No. 1.

2. Approve the instruction for filling of the Declaration of physical persons on the available money as of January 1, 2012 according to appendix No. 2.

3. Oblige the Main state tax authorities to provide free of charge taxpayers with the necessary number of forms of declarations.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of publication in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova.

The instruction for filling of the Declaration of physical person on the available money as of January 1, 2012

1. The declaration of physical person on the available money as of January 1, 2012 (further - the Declaration) is filled in with the physical person - the citizen of the Republic of Moldova who does not perform business activity and who as of January 1, 2012 has money on the amount more than 500 000 lei.

2. The declaration is submitted in territorial tax authorities at the place of residence.
