DECISION OF BOARD OF THE EURASIAN ECONOMIC COMMISSION

About the List of standards as a result of which application on voluntary basis observance of requirements of the technical regulation of the Customs union "Safety of highways" (TR CU 014/2011), and the List of the standards containing rules and methods of researches (testing) and measurements, including the rules of sampling necessary for application and execution of requirements of the technical regulation of the Customs union "Safety of highways" (TR CU 014/2011) and implementation of assessment (confirmation) of compliance of products is provided

The board of the Euroasian economic commission decided:

1. Approve:

1.1. The list of standards as a result of which application on voluntary basis observance of requirements of the technical regulation of the Customs union "Safety of highways" (TR CU 014/2011) approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of October 18, 2011 N 827 (appendix N 1) is provided;

1.2. The list of the standards containing rules and methods of researches (testing) and measurements, including the rules of sampling necessary for application and execution of requirements of the technical regulation of the Customs union "Safety of highways" (TR CU 014/2011) and implementation of assessment (confirmation) of the compliance of products approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of October 18, 2011 N 827 (appendix N 2).

2. Declare invalid Item 2 of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of October 18, 2011 N 827 "About adoption of the technical regulation of the Customs union "Safety of highways".

3. This Decision shall enter into force upon the expiry of 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
