About cancellation of the withdrawals from national treatment established by the Russian Federation according to the agreement on the public (municipal) procurements

1. Cancel the withdrawals from national treatment concerning products of origin of the Republic of Belarus established by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 30, 2012 N 269 "About establishment of additional requirements to participants of order placement in case of order placement on deliveries of ware property for needs of federal executive bodies".
2. To the government of the Russian Federation in two-month time from the moment of the introduction of this Decision in force to notify Board of the Eurasian economic commission on the taken measures according to Item 1 of this Decision.
3. This Decision shall enter into force upon the expiry of 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
