1. Bring in the resolution of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus of January 26, 2012 No. 2 "About some questions of statistical declaration of goods" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2012, No. 23, 8/24893) the following changes and amendments:

1.1. state Item 1 in the following edition:

"1. Establish:

form of external submission of the statistical declaration and the periodic statistical declaration according to appendix 1 to this resolution;

structure and format of the statistical declaration and periodic statistical declaration according to appendix 2 to this resolution.";

1.2. add the resolution with Items 11 and 12 of the following content:

"11. Found the center of statistical declaration of goods for the address: Minsk, Ulitsa Mogilevskaya, 45/3.

12. Determine working hours of the center of statistical declaring from 8:00 to

20:00 daily.";
