About establishment of quota for labor migration on industries of economy and regions of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2004
According to article 28 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About external migration" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Establish quota for the labor migration determining limiting number of the foreign citizens and stateless persons arriving to the Kyrgyz Republic for the purpose of implementation of labor activity on industries of economy and regions of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2004 according to appendix (in number of 5135 people).
2. Direct this resolution to approval of General Court of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic.
3. Appoint the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic the official representative of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic to consideration of this resolution by General Court of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic.
