Questions of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan

For the purpose of enhancement of system of preparation of qualified customs personnel and creation of conditions for conducting single educational actions the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Reorganize public institution "Educational and methodical center of the Customs Control Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the city of Astana" by accession to it of public institution "Educational and methodical center of the Customs Control Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the city of Atyrau".

2. Rename public institution "Educational and methodical center of the Customs Control Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the city of Astana" into republican public institution "Educational and methodical center of the Customs Control Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan".

3. Bring the following changes in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 15, 2008 No. 339 "About approval of limits of the number of staff of the ministries and other central executive bodies taking into account the number of their territorial authorities and subordinated organizations":
