About entering of amendments and changes into resolutions of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of March 31, 2004 No. 59 and of April 14, 2004 No. 69

Based on subitem 4.52 of item 4 and Item 10 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1585 "Questions of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus", the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure of payments for supply of precious metals to the State fund of precious metals and gemstones of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of March 31, 2004 No. 59 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2004, No. 69, 8/10848; 2011, No. 142, 8/24525), following amendments:

1.1. "organizations" to add Item 1 after the word with the words "and pawnshops";

1.2. to "buying up" to add the name of Chapter 2 after the word with words ", and pawnshops";

1.3. to add the name of Chapter 21 with words ", and pawnshops";

1.4. add the Instruction with Item 244 following of content:

"244. Calculations with pawnshops are made for the values delivered in State fund of Belarus at the skupochny prices established on date of acceptance of values in the State storage of values of the Ministry of Finance within 20 working days from the date of their acceptance.
